O R D E R

The learned Advocate General submits that their nominee arbitrator will be appointed within a week's time from today. The said statement is taken on record.

2. If the appointment is not so made, the respondents will lose their right to appoint their nominee arbitrator and it will be open to the petitioner to move for revival of the petition.

3. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
