C.M.P.No. 23873 of 2019 in C.M.A. SR. 52510 of 2019 V.M.VELUMANI, J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 255 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Though notice has been served on the 1st respondent and his name is printed in the cause-list, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel. The 2nd respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and no notice is necessary for the 2nd respondent.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 255 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the 'High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai', within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
