This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police on the first day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, if it is a holiday, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the next working day in Crl.MP.No.17002 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.21834 of 2022 by order dated 14.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
