2. There will be an order of interim stay, subject to the condition that the appellan/Insurance Company deposits the entire award amount, as ordered by the Claims Tribunal, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated, without any further reference to this Court.

3. List the case after six weeks.
