The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking speedy disposal of the Execution Petition No.69 of 2016 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Virudhachalam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. A perusal of the B-diary extract would show that EA No. 3 of 2/4

2024, an application for bringing the legal representatives on record is kept pending as the proposed parties are taking time to file their counter. It is also informed that counter has already been filed in the said EA.

4. Therefore, directions are issued to the learned Principal Subordinate Court, Virudhachalam to dispose of EA.No.3/2024 by 30.06.2025 and thereafter within a period of 2 months shall dispose of E.P.No.69 of 2016. No costs.
