Today, when the matter is listed under the caption "for reporting compliance", the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the communication bearing No.56/2022-23/Vu/dated 28.03.2023, sent by the Assistant Divisional Engineer, Highways, Arakkonam, wherein, it is categorically stated that as directed by this court, encroachment in R.S.No.46/Ward No.27 would be removed by the Highways officials, on or before 05.04.2023. Therefore, the learned counsel sought a short accommodation.

2. Acceding to the aforesaid request, call this matter on 10.04.2023, under the same caption "for reporting compliance".
