ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to accept the option exercised by the petitioner in favour of the Pension scheme formulated and implemented by the first respondent Bank on 23.11.1995 and quash the order of the third respondent pertaining to his order bearing No.Staff/VJM/07/03-04 dated 14.10.2003.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner retired from service in July 2014 and has been receiving pension. Therefore, he requested this Court to permit him to withdraw the above writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is withdrawn as dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P.No.36630 of 2003 is closed.
