(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 03.06.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.8125 of 2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from lifting of lockdown or the commencement of Court's normal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

functioning whichever is earlier, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
