Upon perusal of the affidavits filed in support of these applications, all four applications are allowed.

2. In respect of the amended prayer and the additional grounds raised as well as the original grounds raised, a detailed counter is to be filed by the respondents.

3. At the request of the learned counsel for the respondent, the Writ Petition in WP.No.9573 of 2024 is adjourned to 27.06.2024.
