The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the petitioner's Provident Fund (Employees Contribution) to the tune of Rs.30,171/- together with interest to the petitioner. 2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the petitioner's Provident Fund was settled by way of Cheque bearing No.814262 dated 22.09.2022. Hence, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition.
