[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to produce the petitioner's daughter viz., Sanmathy, aged about 21 years, who is under the illegal custody of the 4th respondent before this Court and hand over her to the petitioner and set her at liberty.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the alleged detenue viz., Sanmathy, was secured by the police on 04.12.2020 and now, she is with the petitioner.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is closed.
