ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent to CBCID and consequently, direct the CBCID to file the final report within the time frame as directed by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter Babitha died in the matrimonial house in mysterious circumstances on 5.2.2015. Since the death of his daughter was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

very suspicious, he lodged a complaint with the respondent police. While registering the case, the investigating officer has not included the necessary provisions and also threatened him. Hence, the petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has filed a status report and submitted that the investigation in this case was completed and the respondent police would file final report within a period of one month.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed.
