This Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to consider the representation dated 23.03.2023 made by the Petitioner for promotion to the post of B.T. Assistant (Science) in the retirement vacancy at Government Municipal Middle School, Kumaraswamipetti, Dharmapuri District based on the promotion panel dated 01.01.2022. 3.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents has brought to notice that by Proceedings No. 1020/A3/2023 dated 21.04.2023, the representation of the Petitioner has been disposed and its copy has been placed 2/4

on record. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. It is made clear that it would not preclude the Petitioner, if it has any further grievance, from working out its rights before proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
