2. The petitioner was dismissed from service by an order dated 05.05.2015. As against the said order, the petitioner preferred an appeal on 12.06.2015 before the respondent. Since the said appeal is not disposed of, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. In view of the narrow prayer made, without going into the merits of the appeal dated 12.06.2015, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 12.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
