ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.08.2015.
2. Heard both sides.
3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that there is no proof for the complaint stated to have been preferred by the petitioner and if any such fresh complaint is filed, it will be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh complaint to the jurisdictional police and on filing of such complaint, the respondent police is directed to deal with the same, in accordance with law.
