This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.18645 of 2023 dated 30.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
