(ii) grant interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent made in TIN/33071022336/ 2010-11 dated 20.06.2014 [ in WMP.No.35827/2017 in WP.No.32506/2017 ] pending WP.Nos.32505 & 32506/2017 respectively. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.HEMALATHA, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions, the court made the following order:-
(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.,) We find that the assessment orders were passed on 20.06.2014. Therefore, at this juncture, the question of granting order of interim stay does not arise. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
