This application has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish security for a sum of Rs.6,43,500/- within a time frame fixed by this Court and in default to furnish security as prayed, attach the property which is morefully described in the schedule to the application.

2. I have perused the entire application. Dispute is with regard to the return of a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- said to be paid as a security deposit received by the landlord. Admittedly, applicant has vacated the premises in the year 2018 itself. In such view of the matter, blanket order of interim injunction as against the owner of the property cannot be granted. It is for the applicant to workout his remedy before the Arbitrator.
