The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6973 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025 viz the petitioner shall report before respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders, is relaxed.
