The short prayer in the present writ petition is to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2025. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a student in the respondents 1 and 2 College and was forced to obtain Transfer Certificate due to certain happenings that occurred in the College. The learned counsel would submit that without following any due procedure, an order was passed to hand over the certificates. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has given representation dated 08.03.2025 and such representation is pending before the respondents.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that they are only formal party to the writ petition proceedings.

4.It is pertinent to mention here that for the respondents 1 and 2, counsel name is printed in the cause list, but inspite of printing the name, no one appeared on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. 5.Taking into consideration of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner which is very limited to consider the petitioner's representation, without going into the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2025 upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
