This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.7(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4632 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025. Page No.1 of 4
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has also been filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4632 of 2025 dated 21.02.2025 is relaxed.
