Heard on the applications for grant of leave for filing appeals against the order dated 29.10.2020 in W.P.Nos.32948 and 33879 of 2004. It is stated in other two writ petitions, the applicant was made a party in reference to the challenge to the acquisition. But, in the cases on hand, the applicant was not impleaded as party.

Finding reasons, we grant leave to maintain the appeal.
