ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to cancel the patta for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, now standing in the name of a third party.
2. The petitioner had given a representation to the 2nd respondent on 19.02.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. As seen from the documents filed along with this writ petition, pursuant to the said representation, proceedings has been initiated by the 2nd respondent on 07.01.2026. The petitioner seeks early disposal of her representation dated 19.02.2026 through this writ petition.
3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2026, after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 19.02.2026 seeking cancellation of patta now standing in the name of a third party for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent, dated 07.01.2026 as well as the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, which includes the third party in whose name the patta presently stands, Page No.3 of 6
within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
