ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 from in any manner admitting or registering any document to be presented by the fifth and sixth respondents pending consideration of the representation dated 04.03.2019 seeking verification of title documents, on merits and as per law within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Today, when this Writ petition is taken up for hearing, one, S.Damodaran, husband of the petitioner appeared and he seeks permission of this Court to represent on behalf of the petitioner as party-in-person. He also filed vakalat along with Power of Attorney executed by the petitioner in this regard and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

3. In view of the request made by the Power of Attorney of the petitioner viz., S.Damodaran, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
