When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that during pendency of these petitions for anticipatory bail, the petitioners have moved a petition for quashing the First Information Report and this Court, by an order dated 04.05.2023 and 11.05.2023, in Crl.M.P.No.6438 of 2023 and Crl.M.P.No.6869 of 2023, had granted interim stay to the proceedings in Crime Nos.3 of 2023 and 89 of 2023.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
