ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to modify the patta in respect of the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2025 and supporting document produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the extent of the land morefully disclosed in the patta standing in the name of the petitioner for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition is incorrect and is not in accordance with the partition deed dated 15.07.1983. The petitioner had given a representation to the respondents Page No.2 of 6

on 31.07.2025 seeking modification of patta in accordance with the partition deed, dated 15.07.1983. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 4th respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 31.07.2025 seeking modification of Page No.3 of 6

patta standing in the name of the petitioner for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, in accordance with the partition deed, dated 15.07.1983, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from all the necessary parties, whom the 4th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
