ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2140 of 2025 order dated 05.02.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the respondent police every day twice at 10.30 a.m., and 6.00 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 2140 of 2025 dated 05.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a week i.e, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
