Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that the Petitioners are Claimants before the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal / Special District Court, Krishnagiri.

2. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1032 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.50571 of 2025.

3. Learned Counsel for the 2nd Respondent is present in Court and has no objection provided that the interest for the period of delay of 1032 days is waived.

4. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed and the delay of 1032 days is condoned on condition that the Petitioners are not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 1032 days.

5. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order, and to print the name of the learned Counsel for the Respondent-2 in the Appeal , when the Appeal is listed before this Court.
