ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, with the assistance of the 4th respondent and also to issue a separate patta in favour of the petitioner, based on his online applications, dated 25.02.2026 and 05.03.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Since the aforesaid petitioner's online applications have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. Page No.2 of 6

Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 4th respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the 5th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 3rd respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, which the petitioner claims that it is owned by him, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 5th respondent, the neighbouring land owners as well as any third party as they deem fit and thereafter, issue a separate patta to the petitioner, if he is entitled to be issued, in his name for the subject property.
5. Accordingly, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to complete the survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, with the assistance of the 4th Page No.3 of 6
respondent, if required, based on the petitioner's online applications, dated 25.02.2026 and 05.03.2026 after giving due consideration to the documents produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 4th respondent, the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire. Thereafter, if the petitioner is found to be eligible, the 3rd respondent shall issue a separate patta for the sub-divided property in favour of the petitioner. The 3rd respondent is directed to complete the aforesaid exercise, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
