O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) This matter, rather than being a public interest litigation, is really a dispute between adjacent land holders on a mere apprehension that the private respondents is setting up a Mineral Water Bottling Plant, the aspect stands clarified by the counter-affidavit of the respondents, which states that no permission had been granted for the same nor has any plant been installed as yet.
