ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Sunder Mohan J.) The Writ Petition filed as a Public Interest Litigation [PIL] seeks cancellation of the Planning Permission Approval given by the 8th respondent for the layout formed by respondents 10 and 11.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that when he intended to buy two plots in the layout, he found that the layout did not have the approach road, that it was illegally approved and the same stems out of corruption by the authorities concerned.

3. Admittedly, the purchasers of the plots in the layout have not raised any issue. The allegation of corruption is without any basis and conjectural. The petitioner has not established that there is no approach road to the layout. The allegations are vague and baseless.

4. The petition, therefore, is totally misconceived and appears to have been initiated due to a personal vendetta. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and is accordingly, dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
