Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion as Bursars in any other government colleges in pursuance of the passing of the Account Test for Subordinate Officers Part II in December, 2009 and promote him as Bursar and grant him all consequential and monetary benefits.
