ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.02.2015 vide CSR No.177 of 2015 against the person for threatening and cheating the petitioner for an amount of Rs.14,50,000/-.

2. Heard both sides.

3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the respondent has conducted the investigation and has also closed the matter as Civil in nature. He also handed over a copy of the closure report dated 25.06.2015 to the learned counsel for the petitioner in open Court.
