The Contemnors are present before this Court.

It has been brought on record that the amount which had been withdrawn from the State Bank of India, 65, Razzak Garden Main Road, Ayyavoo Colony, Balavinayagar Nagar, Chennai - 600 106 by the First Respondent had been re-deposited with the Second Respondent. Since the amount had been secured, there is no useful purpose in further adjudicating the contempt application.

3. Accordingly, the contempt application stands closed.

4. However, there shall be a direction to the Second Respondent, who is in custody of a sum of Rs.1,31,61,635/-, (Rupees One Crore Thirty One Lakhs Sixty One Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty Five only) which is the subject matter of the suit and is in deposit with the Second Respondent, shall transmit the same to the credit of the suit within two weeks from today. 2/4

The amount so deposited in the suit account shall be invested by the Registrar in an interest-bearing account till the disposal of the suit in C.S.No. 23 of 2025.

5. No costs. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.
