Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent police in SC.No.158 of 2011 on the file of the learned II Assistant Sessions Judge, Villupuram, to include the charge under Section 302 IPC against the respondents 2 to 4/accused 1 to 3 and to direct the case to be tried in the Principal Sessions Court, Villupuram, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
