This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus, seeking a direction against the respondents to consider the revision application filed by the petitioner on 11.01.2025. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been contended that the petitioner had been appointed as Sales Man in TASMAC, Erode District, by the third respondent, on 27.11.2003. It had been stated that on 23.01.2010, an inspection was conducted by the third respondent and it was found that the liquor bottles were found opened and mixed with water. It was also checked in a proper manner. A charge memo was issued to the petitioner on 29.01.2020 and he was suspended pending enquiry. Subsequently, the enquiry report was received and a final order was passed dismissing the petitioner from service. It has been further stated that the petitioner has now filed a revision, which is pending before the first respondent since 11.01.2025. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2/4

4.It would only be appropriate for the first respondent to examine the said revision in a proper manner and after following due procedure, pass appropriate orders. This exercise shall be completed within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition stands disposed of.
