(Order of the Court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J) The Petitioners are the requisitioning body which has to pay the compensation in case of any enhancement in the reference made to the civil Court at the instance of the respondents/land losers. Since the petitioners are not a party to the reference, the leave petitions have been filed as any order in the reference will prejudice the petitioners' right.

Therefore, petitions are ordered and leave is granted.
