This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 18.08.2022 made in W.P.No.21823 of 2022. 1/3

2.This Court vide order dated 18.08.2022 made in W.P.No. 21823 of 2022 issued direction to the second respondent therein to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a time frame.

3.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 18.08.2022 made in W.P.No.21823 of 2022, appropriate orders were passed on 12.06.2023. Hence, the order dated 18.08.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21823 of 2022, which is the subject matter of contempt was complied with. 4.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
