cad Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Silambanan, learned Additional Advocate General-II, assisted by Mr.S.John J. Raja Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader, submitted that the petitioner's request has been turned down by the respondent vide letter dated 21.07.2023.

In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said letter, if so advised. .
