Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to identify the neighborhood schools where children can be admitted and make such information public and consequently to direct the fourth and fifth respondents to admit the petitioner daughter namely I.Poojadhakshinaambigai (aged 3 years 10 month) in the L.K.G. standard in any one of the neighborhood school without any screening test and by providing free education up to 8th standard , free uniform, free education materials and free books under The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.
