Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release the pending grant amount of Rs.10,89,268.00 for the year 2018-2019 and Rs.9,56,604.00 for the year 2019-2020 respectively on considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2025.

The writ petition is filed for a prayer to direct the respondents to release the pending grant amount of Rs.10,89,268.00 for the year 2018-2019 and Rs.9,56,604.00 for the year 2019-2020 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2025.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Kumaraguru, Learned Counsel appearing for R1 and Mr.V.Venkata Seshaiya, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf R2 to R4 and perusing the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the representation that is made by the petitioner, it 2/5

can be seen that the petitioner is a NGO participating in a scheme under the 3rd respondent. The representation claims the amount that are due to the petitioner. It is stated that the 3rd respondent has to pass orders in respect thereof.

3. Therefore, in view of the limited relief that is being granted by this Court, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

4. The writ petition is ordered on the following terms: (i) The 3rd respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2025 and opportunity of hearing shall also be granted to the petitioner and orders can be passed in accordance with law. (ii) The aforesaid exercise shall be completed by the 3rd respondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order. 09.04.2025 bsm 3/5
