Respondent Prayer: This petition is filed under Section 34(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking to set aside the arbitral award dated 03.11.2023 bearing No.S.G.R.C.V. 65Q of 2022 passed by Sole Arbitrator Mr.S.G.Ramesh Cumar, in its entirety, and to direct the respondent to pay the costs.

ORDER
The cheque issued by the petitioners for a sum of Rs.29,000/- to the respondent towards full and final settlement of the claim amount has been credited to the account of the respondent, which is confirmed by the learned counsel for the respondent today. In view of the same, no monies are due and payable by the petitioners to the respondent insofar as the subject matter of this petition is concerned. After recording the fact that the petitioners have settled the dues of the respondent in entirety, this petition is disposed of by issuing a direction to the respondent to issue No Due Certificate/closure letter to the petitioners within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
