Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders in the above Crl.O.P.No. 18860 of 2018 on 31.07.2018.

C.IYYAPPARAJ ADDL.Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18860 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.393 of 2018, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
