Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to award the petitioner the benefit of bonus increment, in terms of the G.O.Ms.No.234, dated 1st June, 2009, on his completion of 30 years of combined service on 20/06/2013, in the analogous posts of Librarian and Junior Assistant, which carry the same Scale of Pay, in the fourth respondent school, with consequential benefits of arrears of pay and allowances, pensionary benefits and other benefits in consequence thereof.
