C.M.P.No.26244 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.49664 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1432 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the entire compensation amount awarded by the Tribunal had already been deposited and the claimant had also withdrew the same.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the claimant would submit that since the injuries sustained by the claimant is grievous in nature, there was a delay in providing instructions to file the appeal. Hence, he requested this Court to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner and for the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 1432 days in filing the appeal is condonned.
