Seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass orders with regard to the reference of the industrial dispute covered by the conciliation failure report bearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Ref.Na.Ka.No.Aa/1521/2015 dated 07.10.2016 under Section 10(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act expeditiously, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
2.The prayer of the petitioner is rather limited. According to the petitioner, though the failure report is dated 07.10.2016, no further order has been passed on the same by the first respondent till now. Therefore, the petitioner seeks to expedite the said process qua the first respondent. 3.Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the failure report dated 07.10.2016 in Ref.Na.Ka.No.Aa/1521/2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
