O R D E R

The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.04.2021 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 506(ii), 397 of IPC in Cr.No.154 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused are alleged to have threatened the defacto complainant's son and snatched a sum of Rs.1,800/- from his pocket.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in the case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as A1 in the case and he is having six previous cases of similar nature pending against him. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is having six previous cases of similar nature pending against him, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
