Prayer in W.P.No.19301 of 2020 : Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated therein and with respective affidavits filed there with the High Court will be pleased to issue writ of Mandamus on other suitable writ of order/direction to recall the letter dated 30.11.2020 by 1st respondents sent through email on 01.12.2020 to the petitioner bank.

JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This appeal has been preferred against the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge asking the appellant to pay certain specified amount pending disposal of the writ petition while giving interim direction.

2. It is submitted by both the learned counsel that the main writ petition itself has been taken up for hearing and orders have been reserved by the learned Single Judge.

3. In view of the aforesaid factual position, the interim order granted by this Court on the earlier occasion would get extended till appropriate orders are passed in the writ petition by the learned Single Judge.

4. With the above observation, the writ appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
