ORDER
In this case, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State has filed a report stating that a case was registered in Crime No.295 of 2007 under Section "Man Missing" @ 302 IPC and charge sheet was filed against the respondents 1 to 6/A.1 to A.6 on 17.09.2007 and the same was submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpet, and it was taken on file vide P.R.C.No.46 of 2007, dated 27.09.2007. Subsequently, the case was committed to the Court of Sessions and it was taken on file by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-I, Chengalpet, as S.C.No.140 of 2008, dated 11.06.2008 and after full-fledged trial, the respondents/A.1 to A.6 were acquitted by an order dated 28.02.2009.

2. The above status report filed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. In view of the fact that the case itself is ended in acquittal, this Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
