Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of rejection passed in proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/1933/14 dated 23/4/2015 on the file of the respondent, quash the same and direct the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner, his wife Suganthi and son Venkat Sanjay that they belong to "Kattunayakan (ST) Community".

AGNIHOTRI,J.,) This writ petition is filed to quash the rejection order passed by the respondent on 23rd April, 2015 and direct the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner, his wife Suganthi and son Venkat Sanjay that they belong to "Kattunayakan (ST) Community".

2. Mr.P.H.Aravindh Pandian, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submits that the impugned order dated 23rd April, 2015, passed by the respondent, is required to be recalled by the authority. Accordingly, the same be treated as recalled by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent and fresh order, in accordance with law, on its own merit, after proper consideration, will be passed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
